Unwanted items: You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or faulty items: If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost.

Custom or limited-edition boxes: These are non-refundable unless damaged in transit.

We ship across the UK using a range of trusted providers, including Royal Mail and InPost. Each item ships as a large letter.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days and delivered in 3–5 working days.
